The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I love the snack (microwave popcorn) in the kitchen area in the room.

The room can do with bottled water, water kettle and milk. Tea bags were provided but no water kettle nor milk to make the tea. A late check out was not allowed. My flight was in the evening and still had to check out at noon.

Best breakfast in any hotel I’ve stayed at.

pool heater broken and has been for 2 years not enough staff - no room cleaning although advertised and the bar was closed

the property itself was amazing.

I did not like the staff, they were rude, and I have a issue with someone coming into my room with a key card that I did not know. He was not a employee of any sort. luckily my husband was with me. when I reported it to the manager and front desk they were clueless and rude until I had to call the police.

Breakfast was great staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was very clean will be back.

the staff at the front desk during check time was extremely rude when I asked why I was charged for three long distance calls. The calls were local and I ask to speak to a manager and she basically refused to provide me the contact info until I repeatedly asked. She wouldn’t provide her name but she was there around 11am on Sunday May 1st.She was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.

This particular staff member that was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

the guest we’re running around all night and morning. when I tried to go to the pool with my family we couldn’t even enjoy it because there was about 10 kids not one adult in there running jumping and using water guns shooting us with water.

Clean, spacious rooms with full kitchen and living area. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was over the top helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for the money.
