Some of the patio furniture needs replacing and the indoor seating layout is challenging for a small group.

The house is in great location and had an amazing view of the water. There is also a beautiful deck.

The house needs some serious update on a lot of things. Their sewer system for the dish washer is always clogged, they blame on the people who stayed there before us, but it can’t be fixed by some Draino. We down stair shower was clogged since the first time we used it. The rooms need to be deep cleaned. It would be great if they have an on- site vacuum. I mean we don’t mind cleaning the rooms but we just do not have the tools to do the job. We are staying for one week with four children, it’s hard without a vacuum for the entire week. By the third day, my husband found a broom in the closet, and he swept the carpet on the second floor, it’s full of fur-like stuff. Overall the house is in a great location, convenient to everything, the view is beautiful, but I was expecting a little bit more with the stay.

Location was great. Beautiful large deck. Kitchen was cute and clean. The rest of the house was very old and not kept up well. First floor bedrooms were dark and dingy. Needs updating. Bedding and linens should be replaced. There is not a sand beach 1000 steps away as the ad states. Bridge and shire area are nice spots for fishing.

We were met by the owners son and shown around the property.

The odor and bugs, spider webs, unsafe deck. the entire 1st floor smelled and was so musty could not use. Not a clean area Breathing was difficult. The lower level bathroom was full of flying bugs that never went away. As a matter of fact I have photos of them. No one could sleep downstairs. Had to sleep upstairs in the one bedroom. The deck was beautiful but when we stepped out on it some spots were unsafe and felt like we would fall through.

Views were beautiful. Cute little house. Nice deck.

The location was great not far to Mystic.

It smelled a bit musty but thought it might be from being near the water, and the kitchen had little tiny ants, but overall the place was clean. Booking.com told us we cold check in early but I don't think they ever told the owner, and she said they we had to wait till 4:00.
