Location facility was in disrepair and hazardous. I cut my head on sharp edge of bunk bed air quality of AC/heater black dust blowing out could it be mold ? No screens on front and rear doors front screen not fully attached. Plumbing leak flooded the kitchen I was told someone would call within the hour fourteen hours later and trip to the office we had a repair person. We cleaned the spill and used towels and they were not replaced. Bugs were coming out of kitchen sink no stopper in drain to prevent entry we used a plastic cup in drain to prevent further entry. No toilet brush provided . I am still waiting for a response on my head injury and a claim number or contact person to discuss what happened with a sharp edge hazard . The staff was non responsive and dismissive of my concerns. This is the fourth survey I received since leaving but little was done while I was there to rectify problems. We left nine days early because my wife’s mother passed we called to ask for options and basically said there were none very cold response. Your welcome your customer service is all show and no substance. Will I get a follow up on my claim ?

I have 2 teenagers, beds were a bit small. Would be perfect for family with young kids.

Short walk to beach, clean unit, pool convenient to room

Neighbor (lady who lives in unit next door). Screamed at my kids and made them get out of the pool! Told them they were lying about their age, came onto our patio, called us redneck trash, flipped my husband the bird , then once I ran her off she called the police for being “threatened” … she completely ruined our stay! We will never come back! If this is the kind of trash that lives here I would advise everyone to stay away, this Karen needs to get a life and quit harassing children and guests

Absolutely loved the location. The condo is tiny but very cute. It has everything you need in the kitchen but in small quantities. Just a few glasses and dishes but for two of us it was fine. It was nice that there was a laundry room in the complex in case you needed it and they even supplied some detergent pods. The location is amazing, just steps to the beach. We were able to rent chairs on the beach, it would have been nice if the condo had chairs and an umbrellas etc. We also had to go out and buy beach towels for the pool and beach, which was fine but usually they are provided when staying in a beach location. Inlet beach is beautiful and it wasn't congested and crowded.

Location was perfect. Close to beach and to restaurants. Riding bikes through the neighborhood was great. The pool was nice. Decor was Very nice.

The bed was not comfortable and it was not even a queen. It's a full. Two grown adults cannot sleep comfortably in that bed and the mattress was not comfortable either. Also the TV never worked properly. We thought it was a battery needed in remote so we replaced it but it still never let us see more than a few channels,

Just steps away from the beach. The pool is just outside the apartment. The unit is very clean, good air conditioner, and very nice shower.

The double parking required can be a hassle. The pool furniture was old with some pieces broken.

We enjoyed our stay very much, cosy, nice and recommendable apartment. Thank you!
