Great stay!! No hassle. Beautiful place!

Great location. Close to pools and the beach is a short walk. Liked the digital code for room. No checkin counter

The bathroom linens were bad. Felt like cardboard. Had to go buy my own.

the only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the hot tub and pool were only open until 10pm

Fun In The Sun

walking distance to beach and view was gorgeous... The Beach House restaurant was nice with good food . Also it was walking distance from the condo and on the beach

no balcony, I had the middle room and not enough instructions about amenities and things to do..

I’ve stayed on property many times before and look forward to doing so in the future

the physical property is and always has been wonderful. clean, well maintained

the only complaint I have is that the mattress in my unit was far past it’s best days. the bath tub and sink badly need drano or cleaning out. extremely Slow to drain.

Luau is always a great family place to stay.

This particular unit had horrible water pressure. Also, amenities aren’t included. You are considered renting from a 3rd party so SanDestin charges you the non member fee.

Loved the location. Room was nice.

Need to clean or update the carpet. Need to update the emenities for bike rental on the resort. Chairs and umbrella a little pricey.

It was beautiful. After we got transferred to room 404. Because first we went to a very horrible room. It was discusting.especially for the price

Not sure I would ever use Vacasa again. They portrayed the first condo, differently. And it was horrible. Front office was great. Outside manager was rude and horrible at the restaurant

It is truly a short walk to the beach.

Vastly overpriced for a form room. You can't finish check in through booking.com you HAVE to go through Vacasa, which kind of defeats the purpose. The pullout bed was a single, not a twin or full that was listed in the description.
