The fact that the property was off the main road so it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved enjoying my morning coffee on the dock facing the lagoon.
Kitchen floor could have been mopped better. Walking bare foot showed how dirty the floors really were. It would have been nice to have information available about amenities on the property. When we looked in the garage after being there a few days we saw kayaks and other sports-related things. It would have been nice to know if these were available for us to use. I also had to call to find out what were expectations upon checkout, i.e., what to do with bedding, towels, etc.

Dock on the lagoon!! Paddle boards on site!
Cameras inside and out! Personal owner family photos on walls! Back yard more sand than grass! Water line at dock and garage door not operable and not addressed during stay. Rug outside master shower was filthy!

Facilities, bed and pillows, openness of house, quiet, neighbors on both sides are very nice!
Could not dock my boat on pier because the people in boats do not slow down quick enough not to cause large waves! That problem is respect for others not property owners.
