Very spacious and clean.

You had to ask for room service/cleaning. Not done without asking. I mean in a way good because you know no one is going in your room without permission.

Location, over all feel, friendly staff, amenities.

Parking a lot is the parking spots had exclusive on it. Signage in parking structure, went wrong directions multiple times. The mattress felt stiff and old

It's clean, spacious, QUIET and easily accessible! The rooms are well maintained although it's "aging" and needs maintenance! The staff are completely GRACIOUS!

Getting in and out of Parking was dangerously hard for an older person! Everything Pool, Food, Fitness was further than expected! No clear advertising about food, entertainment or basic directions to where to go!

The proximity to a main road.

Our room was quite outdated, and one of the beds lacked proper support, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The valet parking situation was also disappointing, as there were only two valet spaces available, forcing us to self-park upon arrival. The continental breakfast experience felt unnecessarily restrictive. We were asked for our room number and staff called to verify our stay before providing breakfast instructions. Guests were informed that food could only be served once, although drinks were unlimited. Additionally, cups for juice and coffee were not readily available and had to be requested, while the coffee itself was kept behind the counter. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of accommodations, parking convenience, and guest service during breakfast.
