The location was great. A short distance to the beach and Seaside Square.

Mini fridge was too small. The house took a while to cool down.

Things I liked: 1) location good. Washer/Dryer good. Heat good.

Furniture was horrible and outdated. Not up to Seaside standards. Soiled couch. Had to cover to sit. Kitchen faucet leaked. Toilet comes on a few times during the day. Has a Leak. Limited silverware. Sheets had stains. No poles to close half of the window shades. Frig. too small. Shower curtain rusty and stained at top. Needs replacing.

furniture is pretty shabby. also need some interior paint and sprucing up. won’t the owner spend any money on this great place?

Location was the best. Close to the beach. The property was good size for two people however needed some TLC. See below.

Needs a good scrubbing of baseboards and walls. Need tile in the bathroom - not hardwood floors. Need new clean rugs in living area and bathroom and bedroom. Would suggest a full size couch - not a loveseat. Banquet area is useless should put a large chair there. Bigger TV in downstairs and add one upstairs. Refrigerator was frozen when we arrived but they did come and fix it. Outlet behind bed does not have a cover -electrical hazard. The stovetop has a chip and crack. Update the furniture and the bed covers. Would not take much money to turn this perfect location place into a showplace!
