we have not stayed at the place since we were greeted with bugs in our room as soon as we entered. Floor smelled real bad and Room was smelling like cigarettes 🚬. We went to a better Hotel nearby.
front desk was very nice and helped us to find a new stay. Apologies were made…I do not recommend to stay at this Hotel

Holiday weekend rates overpriced for a general hotel with no amnenities
No rotating plate in microwave, and my room across the hall from a dog who barked all nite smh

I liked the cleanliness of facility, however, my room had a pet smell. Burned a candle the whole stay which killed the odor.
It's pet friendly so I believe there was a dog in there before my stay.

Nothing, that's why I immediately changed the hotel.So much better hotel in the same nearby area The Garden Executive. Very good experience. Learn and check personal visits. Why.
Rude Reception and other staff. Room utensils unclean, no water bottles in the room , no coffee maker machines in the room. No breakfast. There is no area where we sit and eat food No restaurant near by. Charges rooms so high. No entertainment inside the hotel. Escalaters or lifts not working. Zero ranking. Never will book infuture & also never recommend anyone to stay in this property. Pets always barking. Not good at all.

The bathroom needs to be cleaned better, and since people cook in the rooms. it’s important to get the scent out of the rooms. also please ensure that guests are given Wi-Fi password and also the TV should be working.
