It was clean and looked nice

When we checked in we noticed the couple next to us got a goodie bag. But we did not receive one.

The location was awesome. So much to do nearby. The room and hotel were very clean. The bar and bartender seemed experienced and hospitable. The front desk was awesome at check in. And the beds were quite comfortable.

There was no spa only a pool. And the pool is only heated closer to Christmas.

Room wasn’t ready by check in time, not estimated time, but was told it would be ready at check in. Staff had no accommodations for not having the room ready. When we got into the room, door handles were loose and even the one in the bathroom fell off.. could have injured someone. Window blinds wouldn’t work.. worst experience by far.

The double Queen bed room is SUPER spacious and was cleaned to perfection! The location of the hotel is right by the Chandler mall and many different places to eat. The pool and workout facilities are clean easy to access from the first floor.
