We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the property. It was always fresh, warm, and arrived at the desired time we had requested. Excellent perk to this beautiful property in Buena Vista! The hot tub was great to have too after a long day exploring the town.

David and Jamie were wonderful! The breakfast was awesome, the atmosphere, patio , the gardens all were spectacular! Very relaxing can't wait to go again!

Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town. David was kind and amazing! Breakfast was better than restaurant quality. There's a hot tub on the property with the perfect temperature!

The only thing we didn't like was that the main bed was really hard. That's a personal preference though.

Perfect Hosts. Beautiful setting with a short walk to the Arkansas River. Many small details make you feel at home. Awesome breakfast with many choices including made to order breakfast burritos.

We have no complaints.

The views from this suite were amazing, we were surrounded by mountains and it was beautiful. There was a fully fenced-in yard that our dog could run around in (bonus was David and Jaime's dog hanging out with ours!) The hot tub was a huge plus, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub looking out at the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, it was like we went out to a cafe but instead, it was delivered directly to us. The property backs up to BLM land which was perfect for letting our dog off-leash to run around.

We picked up food from the nearby town and ate in the suite, the trash can was too small for us to throw away trash from our take-out.

Scenic property and very private neighborhood with lots of space between homes, walking trails right from property to walk my dog, fenced in yard to let dog out safely, owners friendly dogs played happily with my dog, 3 room + bathroom apartment with very tasteful western decor, friendly and very helpful owners, great breakfast menu, stunning mountain surroundings near hotsprings and the small charming town of Buena Vista,

This one apartment is attached to the house, so you can hear the owners through the locked door leading to their side, and through the walls..but the owners are happy people so voices are pleasant..To get inside the apartment, you have to open a gate and walk onto their porch so you can see them and if they are outside, have contact with them...They are wonderful people so it didnt bother me but maybe customers want a detached, completely private dwelling..

Good was excellent! Property was beautiful. It was also so nice to be able to use their grill to cook on. We brought our own food and cooked on sile😊

I absolutely loved staying at Five Peaks. The location was gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, and dog-friendly. David & Jamie are kind people, and David made the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had my entire trip. Their dogs are sweet as can be. Soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the star-filled sky and collegiate peaks after a long day hiking was heavenly. The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was awesome. I’d love to return!

Everything was wonderful.

The location was remote, but close to town at the same time. The scenery was gorgeous. I was able to take in a nice meditation down a trail, by the river. Breakfast was delicious, awesome potatoes. They have two dogs, both were so friendly. Our dog is timid and had no problems palling around in the large natural fenced in area with bis new buddy. We enjoyed our suite, TV and eating room at out own back door, then a middle den, then a queen sized bedroom with a full bath, no tub, very large tiled shower and a fancy sink. We were able to park next to the house right outside of our suite. I'd definitely do it again! Thank you!

The setting was beautiful - of course, it’s Buena Vista! the outdoor picnic area and gardens were cozy and beautiful, with 360 degree gorgeous views! I loved the breakfasts - we tried a variety of items in the menu and everything was delicious, most was cooked outside on the Blackstone! the air was so fresh, the views of the starts at night were stunning! close to many activities and several hot springs. Downtown BV looks like a town from an old western movie, yet with restaurants serving grass-fed beef, gluten free and vegan options… with art galleries (host is an artist and you’re treated to his paintings hung throughout the rooms), breweries, wineries, goat dairy, the gorgeous Arkansa River and Valley- and did I mention the occasional deer or elk just wondering around. The hosts were amazing, the beds comfy, and if you’re missing your pup during your stay (as I was) resident Luna will be more than happy to play fetch with you 🥰

Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the outdoors and the animals interaction (dogs and cats). Hosts were very cordial, We liked their organic approach. Enjoed the stay.

It was a beautiful setting. Just a few miles north of Buena Vista in the shadow of Mt. Harvard. We are avid hikers and enjoyed being close to many great trails. David was very helpful in some trail suggestions , and his morning breakfasts were delicious!

Breakfast was amazing! Was such a great start to the day. Our hosts went above and beyond. We loved the hot tub and outdoor space.

Both breakfasts were really yummy and fresh cooked just the way we wanted it with a nice selection. The handmade breakfast burritos with hatch green chili were really good! Also I was allowed to use the nice outdoor grill to make dinner, and small microwave worked well.

We got a bit confused about which door to go to for check in, but David came right out. These kind folks treat you like family, and we loved the pretty hot tub! Enjoyed the tour of Owners Art Studio too! Breakfast was easy and right on time. The bathroom was beautiful. Room has plates, silverware, coffee, hot tea in room. A flat screen tv too, and dvds. Eat in or out on patio. Best touch were 2 nice clean bathrobes for hot tubbing! We will stay again!

Everything. The property was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our living area was well appointed, the rooms were very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, the hosts were very nice and the breakfast was wonderful! We also enjoyed the hiking we could do from the property!
