La taille du logement et son équipement
Loin des restaurants et de l’embarcadère. Il faut compter 15 bonnes minutes sachant que personne vient vous chercher. On a vu les propriétaires 10 minutes au début et a la fin fu séjour donc nous n avons eu aucuns conseils pour notre séjour

Very nice flat, clean and well equipped, location is great and there is a beautiful garden you can enjoy too. We highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic, except for the noisiness due to the roosters. We did not sleep from 3:30 AM on. The proximity to the town was fantastic. The cleanliness was great. And Christian was extremely nice.

Good location and nice spacious villa. Quiet and relaxing place, peaceful athmosphere! Easy flat walk from the harbour.

Good size of the apartment, with nice comfy beds and clean rooms. Excellent design of the porch, where we spend a lot of good times in the evening. The garden is full of chickens and Iguanas which our son very much enjoyed. Our host was very friendly and helpfell even though he did not speak English, he tried his very best to accomodate us.
Not much not to like. Maybe the town is a little far to walk, but really its no problem.

Setting in a large, shady garden, peaceful, lots of space. Spacious apartment which can be opened up to let in the breeze, ac in bedrooms, good wifi, few steps from beach, Dive Bouteille dive center and Les Balancoires restaurant. About 6 mins walk to shops and bakery.
Water supply was intermittent. Getting to the apartment was a bit tricky, we were supposed to meet the owners at the ferry dock but didn’t, took about half an hour and some tiring walking around with heavy bags before we found a taxi. Minor inconveniences, would definitely stay there again!

great location and house, the owners are very kind and helpful. If staying in Terre de Haute, this is definitely a great option. it's close to the beaches, island center, restaurants and super markets.
the second room is a bit hot, with no air conditioning (only a ventilator) and the plastic protection of beds and pillows was not that comfortable, I'd suggest to remove them.

Perfect location for a weekend break in Les Saintes. 10-15mns walk from the harbour and close to a nice restaurant/bar called Les Balançoires!

I was assigned a mid-sized unattached "cottage" with a good bathroom. Apparently there are 3 other units on the expansive grounds. The air conditioner seemed to underperform. There were many mosquitos but the mosquito net over the bed was a high quality one -and it worked well. The room was very quiet-no traffic noise whatsoever. Chickens ,especially at dawn, were loud-but not property's fault. Outdoor kitchen was huge,and well stocked with plates and utensils.Microwave and refrigerator worked well. All in all ,the cottage was quite acceptable. Not luxury in any shape or form. Probably a good option for long term stays.
A man and woman(owners? managers?) were on the property the day I checked in,but I didn't see them much again for the 4 days I was there,until the last day.I wanted to see if I could stay a few extra days but couldn't reach them so I found another place on line and moved. Eventually someone responded to my email,after I found the new place.
