A lot the management was the worst

The front desk staff, including the manager Amanda, were excellent

There was no hot water for three out of our four nights, dogs barking, the bathroom doors had no protective blocks, and I almost broke my girlfriend's finger. At the second morning breakfast, we heard numerous couples discussing the hot water issues. Look! As customers, if something isn't working, get an emergency person out there ASAP, and don't wait until Monday. This made me sad that nobody addressed all of our issues. The breakfast staff was great, except for one staff member who took the cereal dispenser out of my reach 20 minutes before breakfast ended. She then refilled one of the empty ones, pushed it back on the table in the back room, and started chatting with another co-worker. She intentionally kept access out of customers' hands until she addressed the manager, who corrected the actions. Side note: The "If you are unsatisfied with your stay or a night is one of us" signs must come down! This is false advertising and clearly not what they really do when you are unsatisfied.

Breakfast was terrible and had to eat out. Closet was sad with the curtain. No lotion in bathroom. Pullout sofa blanket was stained and when housekeeper brought the new one she just walked in without warning.

The location was great! The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! It was nice to stay in a big room with so many accommodations, close to Charleston and a great price! Plus plenty of parking and close to places to eat and shop.

We chose not to eat the breakfast. Nothing appealed to us. But I did have coffee!

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay at the hotel. Our daughter gave us a Hilton gift card that you can use at any Hilton Hotel, but this location would not accept it. Thankfully, there was a Tru Hotel up the street that was amazing. Very clean, great breakfast, and the staff was amazing. They accepted our gift card with no issues. The young lady at Tru was fabulous. After our stay at Tru, we were very happy that Home 2 Suites didn’t book us. A blessing in disguise!!

The desk staff on duty were not accommodating at all. Very blunt and dismissive. They didn’t try to help at all, even after we let them know that we were from out of state. I was very disappointed with them. No help at all.

This property was wonderful. With 3 adults we were each able to have our own bed because of the pull out sofa. The room was very large and the we appreciated having the kitchen area. We would stay here again 😊

Large rooms with plenty of space for belongings. Parking was convenient and there was a rear door with locked-card access to the rear parking lot.

Breakfast was mediocre as is always the case. Reheated egg omelets, cereal, oatmeal, toast, waffles were the fare. I ate the oatmeal just because I don't like the other stuff.
