Good location, process was very easy and simple. Very much enjoyed my room and nice and clean.
Wifi was a little slow at times. Only one elevator makes it a hassle to go up and down floors.

The location
Finding a cockroach in the room, the constant smell of pot on our floor, and urine in the elevator.

Location was cool
Elevators did not work and we were on the 4th floor, with my 79 yo mom and 2 year old niece. And then the electricity went out for a few hours. Straight ghetto!

As soon as I entered the building it smelled like weed.
The front desk lady was smoking in the back room.
Front desk lady was very unpleasant
The bathroom in my room was not clean
The Kitchenette didn’t have cookware nor utensils.
The bedsheets had stains.
Hopefully I get reimbursed for one night from my 2 night stay.

Male staff member was rude. Room smelled musty. Hotel security of exterior doors was nonexistent. Kitchenette was good. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked pretty well but issues with audio.

The location is Good with access to most of the restaurants.
The lady at the front desk.Her attitude kind of not caring about the guests request.I am not booking this property again just because of her atittude.Second they provide complimentary Coffee from 7 to 10, But have never seen the Cups till 9.Some times I have to remind them about the cups.

Convenient location for having medical procedure @ Waco Cardiology.
Hotel was under construction & rooms around ours were sealed with plastic. Requested Handicap room (assumed it would be on the 1st floor but was on the 2nd floor & shower was step in not a walk in. Check out was @ 11am but key stopped working @ 10am so had to walk around the building to front door to reprogram keys @ front desk.

The location is not close to a restaurant nor store. Staff does not man the front desk consistently as they have other duties, but they are nice when they correspond with you

Based on the price I paid for the room, I kept my expectations low. I must have misread and thought there would be breakfast so I was surprised to only find a vending machine. That is no fault of the hotel. I found the property to be exceptionally clean, inside and outside. The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, roomy and, aesthetically pleasing to the senses. I love that it didn't have any carpet! The bed and pillows were dreamy! I slept amazingly well. I am a female travelling alone and I felt very safe.
The door entering the building couldn't close because of the cement. That gave me pause thinking it was an indication of what I would find inside.

The location
There was black mold on the shower on the wall. The room definitely could have been cleaner. and more sanitary.

The staff was super nice very friendly and overall handled my check-in quickly an with care.
There was unfortunately roaches I found in my room making it very hard to sleep and be comfortable and there is no staff available during the evening time so I had no one to voice my issues too and my flight left early before staff arrived so I never got to speak with anyone I did leave a note and recorded a video of the various roaches I found and I ended up leaving early from the hotel because I was scared to go to sleep so I ended up sleeping in the airport
