Clean hotel with wide variety of choices at breakfast. Comfortable beds, kind and helpful staff.
Due to the closeness of the entertainment center there are a lot of kids, who were a bit loud and running around.
Other than that, nothing bad.

They cancelled my reservation without calling me or notifying me and then when I showed up to check in I had to pay more than what I originally booked the room for online.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and it was very clean. The location was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our room! Great shower! Very comfortable bed with great pillows. Good location with lots of restaurants. Apex center in areea is a draw for kids so hotel has lots of families. They serve a good varied breakfast.Hotel was great.

Staff was very helpful especially Allie the front desk clerk. Rooms were very clean. Loved the heated pool and free breakfast was amazing. Hair shampoo and conditioner was surprisingly good. Best hotel stay!

It was ok. scrambled eggs a little dry, sausage could be crispier. Would like to see homemade or non packaged muffins, croissants, pastries. Coffee could be upgraded...STARbucks French Roast or something more flavorful and full, fruit selection was frozen fruit...more fresh would be nicer
room was a little noisy outside. could have used black out curtains too. otherwise very pleasant.
