It was spacious and close proximity to the beach.

The couch and doors were a little worn and damaged.

It was walking distance to the beach and pool. It had enough room for everyone

not enough toilet paper and also the property did not have trash bags

Hot water ran out very quickly

The location was great. The size of the property was just right. They are good about communication and apologetic about the problems, most were not fixed.

Never had wifi. The shower had hair upon arrival-not clean. There was very little water pressure in the shower. This was fixed, fortunately. There was water from a mini fridge that was leaking all over the floor- slipping hazard. The refrigerator was not working upon arrival- we got it to start, but it cooled minimally. There were sugar ants all over the kitchen counter. The dishwasher was not secured to the counter and leaked water all over the kitchen floor. The couch and several blankets smelled like dirty dogs.

Loved the kitchen, the view, the space, and the atmosphere. It was peaceful and relaxing. I loved the place.

Great location in proximity to anything you need,staff for the security and bars and groundskeeping crew really nice and polite

Called to have washer and dryer fixed the second day and get one of the shower heads replaced that came off when we turned it on they said they would contact local management and got no response the first 24 hrs called again next day said device ticket was issues out and still got nothing ended up finding a wuashateria to do laundry the entire time won’t pay those prices again if nothing is going to work and you have no local contact for management numbers on the signs are outdated or out of town numbers

The location was great and super close to the beach. The views of the ocean and sunrise was fantastic. I was pretty happy with how clean the unit was and could tell care was taken to ensure it was sanitized properly for us.

The front bathroom shower floor was cracked and I'm pretty sure it leaks and will eventually cause water damage to the unit below. The shower doors in both bathrooms had one door that was broken and wouldn't work and the one in the front was in danger of falling off.
