Needs a new master bed, it’s terrible

The location near Turtle Bay was nice and the golf course view was good.

The unit was extremely dated and in disrepair. Everything was very old, fixtures, appliances, furnishings, etc... There was only one very small television in a two-bedroom condo. A/C did not adequately cool the condo. No amenities or effort to make our stay nice (no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, waters). The beds were all unbelievably uncomfortable. My wife and I woke with sore backs every morning. The cleaning fee was exorbitant. $260 for a two-night stay. The unit ended up costing $480/nt with all the fees. This absolutely was not a $480/ny condo.

Property managers were good at communication. Great to have our own space and kitchen for our family. Great location near Kahuku, Laie, and family.

Beds were uncomfortable. AC was loud in bedroom, and upper loft gets hot without the AC. Some upgrades to the unit would be nice.

Comfort and age of furniture

We loved the location. Overall our stay was wonderful. A couple of suggestions....A better option for cooling off the upstairs. Having a screen and not a window made it so hot upstairs. It cooled down at night but during the day it was almost unbearable upstairs. Putting a glass window over the screen would be great or else adding a window air conditioner. Also, there wasn't any hand soap in the kitchen. Also, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. It isn't expensive to add a memory foam topper and it would make a huge difference in the comfort of the bed. One other suggestion is instead of a key fob to get in the gate, it would be nice if there was just a code to put in. Our son spent a lot of time with his brother in another location and every time he was dropped off at our place it was a pain to get him through the gate without a code. Its not hard to give each guest a code that is only used for the time they are staying and then it would change for the next guest. Please consider this option. Its a more up-to-date option and much easier for the guests. Overall our stay was great. It's obvious our place is older and needs some updating but we were happy to be in beautiful Hawaii. Mahalo!

Hot upstairs, no soap in the kitchen, using a key fob instead of a code to get through the gate and very uncomfortable mattresses.

Three only thing I really liked about the property was the views, the beach and pool.

The property is outdated, it was not cleaned and when I reached out to the company I went through, I was advised to call the local host. When I reached out to them, I had to leave a message and finally got a call back to clean and fix what was needed the day before I am scheduled to check out. The amount of money I was charged for this kind of place, I'll stay at a hotel next time.

Location is great! Washer and dryer in great shape. Clean carpet. AC.

Property is very dated and needs some TLC. Mattress in the master is broken. Super loud window AC unit. Broken fans upstairs. Shower is old and gross. Lots of ants, spiders and geckos. We killed a spider that crawled into our bed!

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and we enjoyed the peaceful setting overlooking the golf course.

There wasn’t really anything that we were unhappy with.
