Great location, Great facilities, pools, beach access, room was good for our family.
One of the pools closed down for alot of our trip due to maintenance. Wish we would have had up front notification of that.

location was very convenient, the apartment was great, and the amenities in the resort were nice. the apartment was clean when we arrived and it had many utensils and all types of glasses and other beach stuff that was very nice to enjoy.
On the last day of our stay, we discovered some water on the kitchen counter, and we couldn't identify the origin, but we reported the resort right away. It didn't affect our stay at all but we saw that

grounds were nice and well kept. staff was nice and were responsive
Too many badly behaved children (screaming, yelling etc). This was more of an issue for their parents. We wanted to relax and expected that a family friendly place would have some noise and that’s ok. Out neighbored were on their balcony with small kids screaming and crying at 5:20am
