hot water and good water pressure that’s it

the a/c didn’t work just screamed the whole time had to turn it off, missing light bulbs all thru out the place

The water in the lake is very dirty

The property had coffee service. There was no restaurant on the premises. This was in accordance with the listing. Our host, Ben, was very helpful, friendly and professional. The property is quite old but charming, and homey, with knotty pine walls. The appliances, however, are quite new. There is also a deck with a beautiful lake view and a BBQ.

We had a difficult time finding the place due to lack of signage. We also had trouble opening the lock box. After several minutes trying to open the lock in the dark, we called our host for instructions. There is no porch light, there should be. There is a coin-op washer and dryer, but, I had to call Ben to find out where they were located. Actually, lack of information is my only real complaint. Multiple renovations over the years have resulted in light switches in places one would not expect. It would be helpful to have a handbook listing the odd places you will find things as well as how to operate the various locks. One last thing. The listing says 2 bathrooms, there is only 1.

The location was amazing right on the lake can’t ask for better well if the water level was up but property has no control of that

Couldn’t tell if it was mouse crap or coffee grinds under the couch cushions the smell of the cats was overwhelming that roam the property we walked in after driving nine hours got back in the car 15 minutes later and drove back home another nine hours tried going to the local casino across the lake it also was very nasty all in total 19 hours in the car for a total waste a trip message the property owner that he himself needs to look at this property I never got a response never got a refund
