Great motel with a lot of little extras. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a friendly check -in. Our room had a working record player with vintage records and a smores kit complete with fire starters and marshmallow sticks. There was a fire pit right outside nestled in a beautiful gardens patio. Everything was very clean and the pillows on the bed were super comfy.

The GreyHaven is a wonderful place in Ithaca! This is a family run operation and they have renovated all the rooms! The outdoor facilities include Adirondack chairs around several fire pits and there's wood to start a fire too provided with the room. The attention of the owners was wonderful and I cannot express how accommodating they were. We went to Ithaca beer and the owner even offered to pick us up if necessary. Pick this "motel" for accommodations in Ithaca!!!!

Great location in terms of proximity to attractions and things to do (parks, shopping, Ithaca Beer Co., etc.). The check-in process was great - they overcommunicate and that's exactly what needs to happen so we always had the information we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was great.

The location is very close to the road and it's LOUD (lots of trucks). There's a sound machine in the room to use and we figured out why pretty quickly. The windows seem paper thin. The blind in the very large front window does not go down all the way - there's a gap at the bottom in which anyone could peek in - that was a bit unsettling. The TV is very small given how far it is from the bed, but with a one night stay it would be fine.

Cute little motel place about 3 miles from Ithaca centre, you can get the line 67 bus from downtown to straight outside which is mighty convenient. Place has a nature trail thing around back which is fun to explore, and you're not too far from other parks if you're looking to drive there. Staff are kind too~

The nostalgic decor was sweet and the staff goes above and beyond to personalize your stay and meet all of your needs. There are also so many extras not usually found in a motel setting such as outdoor tables and a fire pit, trails and beautiful surroundings.

My room looked like it had been completely refurbished only a month ago! White walls, vaulted ceiling, tiled walk in shower, and mid century modern furnishings convey a warm but uncluttered and spacious accommodation. The furnishings are so unique they show a personal and talented touch. This is a boutique hotel, not the chain with predictable, cookie cutter rooms!
