The location is great and convenient, but the accommodations are not the best

The property is on the beach, but not directly facing the beach, it overlooks the pool. Still a very close walk to the beach.

The owner meets you there, instead of giving you a code to get in. Then goes over all rules. The wifi never worked, it is outdated, beds are not comfortable.

Great location, reasonably priced, quiet, had the essentials

The owner was very over bearing constantly texting, messes of random junk in drawers, notes everywhere saying not to do this and that, bed was small and not very comfortable

We will be back.

Location was great! Access to beach was amazing, heated pool. You can walk the beach to a local restaurant and get drinks and watch the sunset or wake up and grab some breakfast.

Very relaxing and budget friendly efficiency apt right on the beach.

On the beach with no roads to cross. South/northbound trolleys within walking distance to reach all local restaurants or shops.

We could have had a better experience somewhere else.

Mattresses where old, used uncomeatable. Mini ice cube trays, not enough for ice for 2 adults. We went out and bought 4 standard trays.

Great location

Great location in the center of AMI. Walking distance to Bradenton Beach and Bridge Street. Easy walk to the beach without crossing the road and available lounge chairs were a plus! Owner met me at the property and walked me through everything that I needed to know to enjoy my stay.
