Convenient to I-40, very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff members on check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful.

IMHO, a few packaged pastries does not constitute a continental breakfast. That makes the hotel a bit overpriced for what you get.

I like that none of my stuff got stolen. I didn't interact with the staff after check in. Water pressure was decent in the shower.

Gaps in the door, window curtains didn't close all the way. Toilet was cracked. Had a domestic screaming match next door. Power went out for 6 hours. Bedbugs bit me.

Loved the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The air wasn't cooling the first night, but they had it working the second night. The second night, the toilet started running constantly, but they fixed it right away, too.

If you like refrigerated powdered and chocolate covered donuts, pecan swirls, oatmeal creme pies, etc., for breakfast, you'll enjoy theirs. I didn't like that rain was pouring in the top of the door in then middle of the night, but since I wasn't getting wet, it was okay.

It’s wasn’t really a breakfast or even a continental breakfast……packaged sweet pastries…..not good for most people. The coffee was okay.

My handicapped Mom could barely use the toilet because it was too short and the staff said they had nothing else. The mattress on one of the beds was pretty bad- felt and sounded like an air mattress. We needed a downstairs room (as My Mom could not climb stairs) they gave us an older room in the back of the hotel and said we would have to pay more for a recently updated room. I did not find the desk staff particularly helpful - perhaps she was having a bad day - we all do.

Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean. Price wasn't bad. Location was ok. Close to food and casino. All in all I would stay there again.

Toilet ran continuously, but shut door so didn't bother us. We stayed 2 nights and didn't clean our room. That's ok, but I had to go get linens from house keeping, and the lady with HK brought us some. She was great. Ohh... we booked a king ns. And got a queen ns. They did call me and I oked it unwillingly

We did not like anything because we didn’t stay we never even entered the room

That we decided to stay with family because we was in for a funeral and we asked for a refund and was denied

Room and bathroom are very clean

Good location for family I was visiting. The front desk workers were nice as could be.

It is what is expected out of an older hotel. I seen some German cockroaches while there.
