False advertisement it stated we would get 2 chairs for the beach and it was not true called the facility and they said they could do nothing for me that booking was suppose to remove it and it was their mistake had to pay 150 for beach chairs for 2 days ridiculous

construction was very inconvenient for my aging parents , no carts available for luggage

Beautiful condo, very spacious. You couldn’t hear the people above you. Just a second from the beach. Five of us stayed and we were never crowded. Loved it
The ceiling fan didn’t work in our sunroom. Maintenance was notified, but it wasn’t fixed before we left.

The room itself was more than adequate for a family with four children. Everyone had a bed, the dining space was versatile, and the patio creates a second living space. Each room has a TV, which we could use if needed. Provision of beach items (float boards, sandcastle buckets and scoopers, etc.) was great for the kids.
The room was not as clean as we had hoped. It was more dusty than dirty. The dishwasher didn't quite clean the dishes well. The umbrella provided was rusty. Certainly we could purchase the ones on the beach or bring our own but it is probably better to not have it than to have one that is falling apart.
