Everyone was very friendly and the bed was very comfy!

Very out dated Definitely needs some work. Water bugs were bad and parking lot was full of people hanging out.

The cold water did not work. Also did not like the fact that you can see underneath the room doors. Furthermore , the walls are THIN because I can hear the individuals in the room beside me conversation 😑. People were hanging around outside smoking weed. When I first got there I was sent to a room which was suppose to be my room for the weekend , but come to find out someone else was staying there . Never AGAIN

The hotel is in a good central location and the lobby was clean.

There was an issue with my hotel confirmation and the cleanliness of the tub was terrible because it had black stains in it until I wiped it.

staff extremely rude , when we returned to the hotel at about 21:00, even though I had a key I was questioned about which room I was in and told that the room was not mine until the staff member checked the computer. We were then told that my girlfriend of several years was not allowed on the property because her Id had not been verified when I the paying guest had checked in, we were only asked for my Id upon check in. When I questioned this the staff member said that this was new policy and that the staff member who originally checked us in was new and not trained properly ( not my problem if staff were not trained correctly) we then asked for written proof of this new policy which they were unable to provide. When we would not give her my girlfriends Id the staff member became hostile and rude and called her manager and then the police. We explained the situation to the officer who said we had done nothing wrong but my girlfriend was not allowed back into the hotel and we were forced to leave. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years and never been asked for any Id’s except mine even when I have paid for 2 or more rooms for other family members.

The staff was very helpful and courteous even when dealing with our multiple room issues after arriving.

Reserved a king size jacuzzi tub suite and upon arrival the room we were given had a jacuzzi tub (very small regular bath tub with jets in it, not what we were expecting) the tub stopper was broken out of the tub and missing. We were then moved to another room King size jacuzzi room and upon arrival the Jacuzzi tub would not turn on, it did have a broken off tub drain stopper but it could be jammed into place to hold some water for a short time. Upon being moved to our third kind size jacuzzi room, we finally had a working jacuzzi tub however the king size bed was the most cheap and uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in during my years of traveling. The bed freaked when moving, you could feel the springs and it sagged in a few spots. I woke up repeatedly with bad back pains throughout the night.
