Our suitcase came up missing and staff was very rude about it. Saying no body had access to our room but us and cleaning people. Knowing WE DID NOT DISPOSE OF OUR SUITCASE THEY STILL ACCUSED US OF DISPOSING OF OUR SUITCASE AND THEIR STAFF HAD BEEN WITH THEM FOR IVER 10 YEARS AND NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING. HOW STUPID DO THEY THINK WE ARE. WE ARE VERY HONEST PEOPLE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY STINGY WITH TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHES. THE FIRST NIGHT WE ONLY HAD 1 HAND TOWEL AND ONE WASHCLOTH. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONES DIRTY SHIRT AND UNDERWARE BEHIND THE DRESSER AT THE ONE SIDE OF THE BED. ANYTIME WE QUESTIONED ANYTHING THEY SHOT US DOWN LIKE WE WERE IDIOTS. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL LIKE THAT.

The room was alittle dirty mold in bathroom. whole in bathroom door. mouse trap by the refrigerator. The lady at front desk when checking in was not nice or friendly at all!!!

Free parking, guy who came to give us new sheets and towels was very nice. Even though he told us the housekeeping people get 5$/room!! 🙄
Holes in the sheets, dirty towels and sheets, bad smeel because we had a smoking room and we DON'T smoke! No coffee, no shampoo/conditioner...

Location next to airport was great. Evening desk clerk was very helpful, despite having lots of people lining up.
(1) The smoke alarm was going off. I'm sure it was bothering everyone, not just my room
(2) After the shower, the water leaked into the bedroom through water.

The front desk guy named Tyler was very rude first of all our room was dirty microwave was dirty our refrigerator freezer still had leftover frozen beverage from whatever it was from the past people still in it the tub was filthy so don't stay here if you don't have to keep it moving
