Grate facility, beautiful rooms, location is really grate , a lot of swimming pools + the beautiful ocean

I paid 1523$ + tax + facilities for 3 nights I have problem, that was advertised by booking.com, how ever , they took 1500$ additional or deposit nobody told me about this charge after six days it still didn’t come back to my account I am traveling to many places and need this money, in Vegas and LA the hotels took 100$ as a deposit and returned in 3 days,
