This villa represents an ideal place for a family stay of 2 adults and 3 children. It has two bedrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, and also an open terrace. It is located in a quiet village, 5 min drive/20 min walk from Marina di Modica where you can find restaurants and shops. Salvatore (the host) is a very hospitable and helpful person.

Public transportation is practically absent there so you should rent a car/hire a taxi to travel around. Though this lack could be compensated by two bikes which are provided free at the villa.

The host is very very nice and helpful! I loved the 1st floor and the kitchen, it is fully equiped, just buy what you wamt to eat in the store, the open veranda was also very very cosy. The outside shower was very helpful, as the 2nd toilet on the first floor. The place is 3-5 minutes walk from the beach - there is a sand there, clean, the water was great. Also we bought fresh fish on the fish market, 15 mins drive from the house and cooked amasing fish soup at home. Overall, the price-quality is perfect!

Mosquitos - inside the house and also outside. If you are sensetive to this, buy some spiral for open terassa and something for the night, in order to sleep good. Also, when we opened water in the bathroom it was a loud unpleasant noise (the sink) and slight unpleasant toilet smell as well on the 2nd floor in the bathroom.
