great location and very nice staff

due to the old styled lay out of the hotel, there are some small gaps under the doors and on the roof leading to bugs coming into your room and into your bed. breakfast is a set menu so might not like what you get due to the location being so good, unfortunately at night time it can get very loud going on until 6/7am, out of the hotels control

We liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast and the decorations in the pousada and in the rooms.

We had to change rooms due to termites eating out the wood and littering on the bed. In t’room #3 the tv had no channels (could use smart tvs in the rooms), a light switch didn’t work, the warm water faucet in the sink didn’t work, build-up clogged the shower head (I cleaned it) and the AC had either a weak battery or other issues and turning on/off and changing modes was difficult.

Beautiful traditional pousada , with an excellent location! I return to this pousada every time I visit Buzios , absolutely lovely!

They don’t have hairdryer. there’s no parking but they have discount with a private parking 5min walking.

It is a precious stone in the center of Buzios. Simple and old-fashioned decor in the middle of a small forest. Super cozy.

this pousada is exceptionally charming and the rooms are surrounded by many tropical plants. the overall atmosphere is peaceful and soothing. decorated with a lot of style : paintings, photographs, wood, stones and nature spirit. it is ideally located in the heart of Buzios, a couple of feet away from the shore. close to all commodities, restaurants and bars. it is also very clean and the bed was comfortable. the tenant speaks many languages and is very nice and helpful.

because of the nice plants you also need to be aware that there are quite a few mosquitoes. we could also hear some music at night coming from the neighborhood. but it s often the case in city centers

Super close to the main shops, restaurants and Rua das Pedras. You can easily take an Uber to anywhere else from there. The hotel has a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast as well.

Shower could be improved. The water was either very cold or very hot. They mention that the property has a parking lot (at least that's the information I found on booking), but in reality they have a partnership with a parking lot few kilometers away from the hotel. (paid separately)

The Room was cozy with a very comfortable bed and pillows, A/C was good kept the room nice and cool day and night, Breakfast was good with fresh fruits and bread, cheese, Coffee good all around good to start your day. The pousada is very romantic for a couple and the location is excellent.

The only thing that stressed me out was the shower, This needs to be updated, example with the hot and cold water you turn the hot on and then the cold to get warm water all you get is scalding hot water, turn the Hot completely off still hot water. turn the cold all on and hot off still hot. 5 to 10 mins to get an even temp.

We had a spacious apartment sized room with ocean views which was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of foods.

You have to book a time to use the pool. This worked for us but may be inconvenient for some people
