The staff was friendly and attentive. Good location, comfortable bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom.
The elevator was dirty/smelled like dog urine. There was an extremely strong smell in the hallway. We didn’t have any hand towels, the pillows were small, lumpy and smelled terrible. The carpet had a lot of loose dirt. The heater continuously kicked on and off all night. There was a lot of noise outside and in the hallway into the early hours.

The staff was so mean and didn’t work with us or help us.
Me and my family drove all the way there from 5 hours in a snow storm and the staff lady didn’t let us keep our reservation because it was 3 adults and 2 kids. Said that we all needed I’d and we shouldn’t have booked two queen beds. Had to drive all the way out because all the rooms were booked.

Being close to Parkview hospital was a plus for us. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The full size refrigerator with freezer was very helpful for our week-long stay and plans with family in the area.
On a couple occasions, a couple entrance/exit doors were left ajar, raising concerns for safety. Also, even with rules clearly spelled out upon check in, some residents still smoked either in rooms or so close to building that the smell strongly permeated to our room - sometimes cigarette smoke, sometimes marijuana smoke. The first night was the Saturday after the 4th of July, and it was very noisy with residents in and out all night and loud banging doors. However, staff quickly changed our room to a quieter spot and slept much better after that.

Both receptionist - in the evening and in the morning were very nice. Room was spacious, clean,bed comfortable.Nice kitchenette with electric range ,cabinets,huge fridge.
Perfect hotel for longer stay
Hotel is located in nice and new commercial area. Safe neighborhood, nice and clean, located on northside of Fort Wayne. The only problem I experienced during my stay was the fact that walls must be very thin or poorly insulated, because I could hear guests from other room talking. But I carry an ear plugs with me all the time,so this wasn't such a big issue for me.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I will be in the area next time

It was very clean and the staff let me examine my room before I paid for it. It was also quiet.
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Also, the hallways don’t smell the best.

I loved how the property isn’t close close to anything. the workers are friendly along with the people who long term stay there.
the air conditioner in the room I was in didn’t work very well and the people upstairs were constantly stomping All day and night. also the tv didn’t work with the remote.

For the price of the room, the accommodations were great. Reasonably clean. If you don’t need a pool or exercise room, I prefer to save the $30 per night extra the other hotels charge. We like to keep it cool at night, at was very comfortable with the temp at 58 degrees at night and 65 during the day.
Since it was so cold outside (-5 degrees) the heater was kind of loud every time it came on. It did keep the room comfortable though. We did see a couple of bugs, but dealt with it.

key cards re always failing. had to get them reprogrammed 3 times in one week. they know it’s a problem, but apparently management won’t pay to get it fixed. typically I had to swipe the key 5-10 times to get the door to open.

I never got a chance to stay there. i reserved two weeks but when I got there my card was supposedly declined. They said i could pay cash but needed 100.00 deposit. i did not have the funds to pay out the deposit at that time. went to a different hotel used same card, my card went through. went on to stay another week at another hotel and same card no issues. I was very confused by this and spoke to Fae the manger and she was of no help said she believed her staff without looking into the issue. I was fleeing a dv situtation and I was in alot of pain bc i have arthritis. i could barley walk so i feel they thought i was being dramatic when i said i didnt want to inspect the room first and that it was fine. I feel they refused me service without actually refusing me by saying my card was declined. since then i have stayed at days inn, hawthorne inn, hunnigton inn and the motel 6 all using the same card they said was declined. that was my experience with woodsrping.

Staff was friendly. Outside was clean and looked nice.
You had to be shown to your room by staff then walk all the way back down to pay for your room. The bed was just a metal platform bed that squeaked and sounded like it was going to break everytime you even slightly moved. Toilet barely flushed. Bathroom very dingy. Auto freshener strapped to bottom of microwave.
