aircon need to be cool, tried to put it down the temp but it back to the same. Fridge was not cool, need to change it.

Excellent superb staff. Their support, co-operation, customer care, hospitality, greetings, and services were amazing. I spent a whole one week in this hotel. Superb service. Room, bed, cleaning, room service, pool, gym, wi-fi, comfortableness, everything was good. Best Value for money. Frond desk officer SRI did my check-in and check out. Her support, fast service, kind customer care, and helpfulness were marvellous. Seriously, I haven't got that support from any other hotel as a solo traveller of 18 countries. Also, Front Desk staff officers Novi, Bimbim, and Cok were very helpful and guided me for a convenient and safe travelling in Bali. Thank you, guys. They arranged the full day trip with the Wyane tour guide, and he covered 10 places as per my choice within 10 hours at a cost-effective price. Very reliable hotel. Location is also good. 2 minutes walking to a big shopping mall and enough restaurants over there. Safety and secured place to stay. My return flight was at midnight. SRI kindly arranged for me to do a late checkout at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, SRI, for that. Strongly recommend this place. Finally, this place became like home to me. Miss you guys.

The bathroom of my room was a bit compacted and not much spacy. Time to renovate mirror and bathroom cupboards.

Very nice Hotel, Food and staff were great. Pool is very welcome in the middle of it.

The pool was rather on the cold side, but the sitting area was fantastic. You do not hear anything from the main road, and you feel like in an oasis. The location is optimal. Right next to a shopping mall, which is great for children or for lunch. It takes approximately 35 minutes walk to Kuta beach. The walk itself is nice and takes you through the "real Bali" rather than the touristy locations. We loved everything about this hotel. Great staff, good food, lovely room and very comfortable bed.

The staff is just awesome, they are ready to solve every problem at any time. We had to went to the hospital, the hotel provided us a car with a personal driver and did it extremely fast. The hotel itself is not just clean, it is polished like a diamond. Breakfast is good, not awesome, but a lot of options to choose and the quality of food is nice. Location is quite far from the beach, but you can reach it at any time by bike or taxi. There is a huge mall nearby, big pool at the hotel and a restaurant with affordable prices and nice food.

Everyone was EXTREMELY kind. They knew my name after one night and always asked me many nice questions that made me feel seen and cared for while staying.

I was very excited to have a spa/nails done and this isn’t something I believe should be advertised as it’s not properly ran in any way. The pool garden area was pretty dirty and broken in many areas aswell. They have a lot of kids swimming lessons which is cute for little while, but when you are hoping to relax a bit it’s not super convenient. I felt there were alot of little things with this hotel but if they would fix the small stuff it would be a 10 because of how kind they all are! 🤍
