The location, room layout and balconies with ocean view are outstanding. overall cozy vibe made it hard to leave the room. We had 2 bookings and sampled 2 different rooms, both incredible. The staff made us feel super welcome and helped us with any arrangement or question. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Milos.

This is a little thing, but the clothes hanging lines should be placed where the sun/wind hits. Clothes/towels would not dry overnight. Again truly minor detail.

Nice studio close the Beach. The balcony is on the shadow side - and only partly seaview, but it was okay. Nice area close to town but still a little secluded.

Super nice, quite new, small yet cosy, well equipped, very nice view from terrace, comfortable beds, liked the location a lot.

When switching on the oven the electricity would go away.

Spacey Appartement, really nice cleaninglady, washing machine, new and clean, quiet area,

they said wifi was good, but I did not experience that.

The location is great and the value for money.

The bed is a bit soft.

The apartment is really nice and feels new and very clean. The space was great for us with our young daughter. The sunset view out the front is really lovely. We had a small maintenance issue and the owner dealt with it and he was very helpful and friendly. Location wise it was a short easy walk to nearby restaurants and beach (even with a toddler) and good base to drive and explore the island (strongly recommend).

Whilst we loved that the location was quiet and a short distance from Pollona centre and beach, the neighbourhood felt a little soulless for our taste (just other holiday villas and small apartments being built).

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Sosanna. The place was super clean, comfortable, close to the town centre but also secluded enough to feel fairly private. We particularly loved the sunset view from our balcony. I cannot recommend it enough!

The bathroom could do with a shower curtain.

Staff not present to check us inthe room. Had to waitfor 15 minutes outside the property but overall very good, friendly, and clean

Room came as pictured, nice view and porch, 10 min walk from Pollonia city center, wifi worked well. Ultimately had everything we needed.

Villa Sosanna was very clean .The location is fantastic with the evening sun right in. The cleaning was fantastic.Everything worked very well even though the place does not have reception

Location was great... room was impeccably clean. We enjoyed our stay! Nice cafe across the street for and inexpensive but tasty breakfast.

A close walk to town, located in a residential area near the water.

Workers closed my outside shutters one morning, waking me up. They were there to paint my terrace! I asked them to wait till I was gone for the day to do the painting and they did. They were there the day before as well, painting the exterior of our unit. We were ground floor and our partial ocean view was often blocked by a resident parking on the street directly in front instead of in the lot.

The room was so clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our time there. You only need 5 mins by foot to all the good restaurants. The lady from travel me to milos had so many good tips for the island. Housekeeping was also out of this world. Also the room had a nice sea view. There was one little black/white cat which was super cute. Please be gentle with him <3

There was no shower courtain. No bad thing, but we recommend a car.

Ideal location beside the sea and 5 minute walk from Pollonia which has resturants, bars and a great bakery. Room was a good size with a fridge working shower and a Small terrace with a sunset view. WiFi worked perfectly, free parking just outside. Very easy to get from this part of the island to all other areas so the perfect place to base yourself and beside the port that has cheap boats to neighbouring kimolos island

Customer service was appalling, we emailed ahead of arrival to organise a pick up from the port, a hire scooter and breakfast. No one came to pick us up and when I phoned reception they claimed no email had been sent, dispatched a private car which cost extra. When we arrived at the room it was different to the photos of the room We had selected. There were no more scooters available and the one they arranged from a friend was an extra €10 per day. Breakfast was not mentioned and we were happy to avoid. I was blamed 3 times by three different staff members for not having sent any email and when I showed each the screenshots of the email chain, they accepted that it was their mistake but no apology or refunds were given. There was no toilet paper in the room. Only a thin bed sheet provided and when we requested something warmer we were told it should have been in the room but someone would bring one, which never came. One of the kitchens hobs did not work.
