We had a great time at Spada Apartments - it was clean, well equipped and cozy. Owners were nice and helpful. The locality was quiet. A bit far from our favourtite beach, but managable (we preferred a beach that was not the closest one, so we used our car daily - few minutes drive). Porec town was magical, and the sea was clean. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Much recommended.

I went there with my partner at the end of August and apartment was the same as it was on pictures. Very clean and cozy with free parking space in front of it. Owner got to our apartment on time. AC worked like charm. We got clean towels for the whole week and kitchen was nicely equipped. Even TV had enough programs if we wanted to watch it. Apartment is located 20min of slow walking from center of Poreč, 10min by foot from the beach, local store is 5min away, so are first restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Recommending to any couple or friends who like to be in a quiet apartment.
