Hotel was very peacefull with nice pool area and great views to the sunset.

The area around the hotel did not have much services. If you like dining out in the evenings this may not be for you. Although the hotel restaurant offered every evening different theme buffee dinner, which was nice.

The cleanliness of the place. Good environment/atmosphere. Saturday's dinner, the staff was expecting us as the veg couple and prepared a good veg meal and also made us aware which dishes from the buffer, were veg. My request to have a staircase room was considered.

1. Sunday's dinner, they forgot, about us, didn't prepare a veg meal, the staff changed, the handling over wasn't done properly. We were told it was up to us to let the staff know we would be staying for two days, when it wasn't our responsibility. They told us they are going to prepare something, but brought a dish which was supposed to be replaced as part of the buffer and didn't inform us that they won't be preparing something veg for us like they did on Saturday. As a result, we waited till late, till we were the last people there, hungry, cold in the badly lit dinning room. Staff were passing by, none checked on us. At 21h25, I had to go talk to the staff, to know that nothing was being prepared and we were waiting in vain.. When I explained how unprofessional the situation was, how Angry I was about the situation, the staff apologized over and over and prepared something for us. Because of the late dinner, and waiting in the cold, I had a headache that didn't get better till 9am the next day. It was a birthday celebration for my fiancé.. 2. Lack of staff for the aquatic activities 3. Lack of veg options in the menu

Room and location very good

We made a special request for veg food but veg food was very limited. Staff was not too welcoming.

Richmond at the bar was outstanding in his customer service, friendliness and willingness to accommodate our requests. Dinner with music and dancing with the Creole cultural dancers was great fun. The sunset views were out of this world. The location did not experience lots of winds and rain like the southern parts we visited.

The walls of the rooms are very thin- it feels like you're staying in a tent. Loungers at the beach were not readily availed to us- the cushions were withdrawn very early before sunset. Pool towels are only supplied once after which we would have to pay for replacement irrespective of the length of our stay? I found this ludicrous. The food quality and variety could be improved, but there are options for eating out within easy reach of the hotel.

great location and nice small hotel feel to it. lovely pool and sea view. relaxed hotel with excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. bed was comfy with fresh linen.

room was ok but basic and needs deep clean- mould in bathroom etc. towels worn out. very limited dinner menu and breakfast ok but on the budget side.

Breakfast was the same everyday but good. Pool was warm.

The sight was beautiful from the restaurant of the hotel. The breakfast was ok.

The hotel was ok, but the organization wasn't really good. They wanted to pay extra for the SPA that wasn't used by us, but they forgot to remind me to pay for the accomodation that hadn't been paid till that time.

Its was nice to stay at your villa and I surely continue bring friends or client in your villa.
