The courtesy, human relations and professionalism of Mohammed and the female receptionist. Mohammed is a great guy who was of great help right from booking, arrival and departure, and I'd definitely be visiting again. I recommend the place to others who want a taste of quality, flexibility and value for money, in a serene environment; the cleanliness is next to none. The support staff were always eager to help too.

the way the tv is set up, it’s difficult to add your own hdmi cable for apple tv or things like that

Feels like staying at your own house. comfort, clean and good smells. small cafeteria available at ground floor for a snacks and coffee
how i wish all the staff at the desk can at least speak
english. good to attract expactriate visitors.

2- Sofa has extremely dark color to hide dirts & stains
3- too small & the smell was not good
4- Furniture is deteriorating
5- We missed 1 EarPods inside apartment but never been found as claimed by staff
