outstanding resort one of the best in asia..

the restaurant is delicious but the area is small and only one restaurant available

beautifully designed and lovely and quiet

we had a lovely stay but was sadly let down on the last day when we want to leave. There was only one man and his buggy transporting people from their villas ( this was in total contrast to the other days when there was plenty). It was disappointing as we were at the reception earlier and they could of informed us of the lack of staff that day but they didn’t. We were very late leaving ( we were heading to the airport) with our driver waiting for us after we had to walk our cases down the very very steep road/ pathway by ourselves. very disappointing for a “luxury resort”.

Bed is comfortable

No privacy, pool wasn't clean, TV doesn't work so well, one of the staff entered the room without knocking

there were geckos! someone from the staff knocked once on the door, then entered!! freaky!! we had three different ppl knocking on our door within 20 minutes from arriving to the room for different reasons. check in had to take place at 3:00 PM.. which wasn’t nice considering we had to check out from the previous hotel at noon.

best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. absolutely amazing from all possible aspects.

The service was outstanding and the rooms very well done.

Loved the location and general setting. The room was lovely, main pool was stunning. Generally the food in the restaurant was very high quality too, and the staff were all lovely and very attentive.

Our only gripe was the view from our tent villa could have been better.

Breakfast was good. Had good options to choose.
