Just the Air Condition is not very good , its too small for that big room so the room didn’t get cold until morning so have to use fan also

Fantastic property. Fantastic studio apartment. Extremely clean and well kept. Best value for money! This is now my property every time I will go to Pattaya.
Everything was great! Only suggestion is to have a coffee maker in the apartment.

A very clean studio apartment on the 12th floor looking out towards Koh Larn. Nice balcony and a very lovely bathroom. All we needed for an 11 day stay.

The room gives what you need for family traveling. A studio room is equipped with kitchenware which you can cook and enjoy dinner at a corridor.
