The home was clean, cozy, and filled with everything you would need. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated having access to beach chairs and other recreational items. Property owner was very accommodating and responsive. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beach proximity. We hope to stay there again!

Great location to beach, restaurants, and anything else you’d need. Used the available beach gear everyday. Older, dated beach house property but no major issues. Owner was great to work with.

Met our needs for a comfortable stay. Location was great as it was in walking distance to the beech, bay front, and local restaurants. Had bikes available to ride an easy ride around the entire area. Sea Critters had the freshest seafood and coldest beer with less than a 2 minute walk to get there. The only negative of our stay was the spectrum television service. Jim was very responsive to the problem and easily reachable. Had we have been there longer I’m sure he would have taken care of the issue. In the interim we did have a quick fix that partially worked.

Enjoyed our stay. First time at Pass A Grille and it did not disappoint. Easy communication with property manager. Check in was easy. Just a short walk to the beach! We would stay again! Thanks Jim!

The suite was cute and relaxing. It was quiet on the bottom unit. We didn't hear the people above or the traffic. Nice close walk to the beach, which felt like 3 to 4 minutes. Very nice area. We are talking of visiting there again.

We love everything about this property—the unit, how well it is stocked, the location, including its proximity to the beach and the local bus line...I could go on. It’s a very quiet and safe area, something that certainly added to our relaxation. Shaner’s Market next door was super convenient with an excellent selection of fresh grilling meats and seafood, as well as prepared foods to-go. We recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
