Spacious rooms, clean and great location. Plenty of parking.

Location, layout of house and tablet tennis.
Some of the towels smelt very fousty to the point we could not use them.

Perfect location for exploring Rye and surrounding areas.
The house was in a quiet location right on the edge of town, easily accessible. Very comfortable and a great amount of space for my partner and our 5 kids (3 teenagers whom aren't always easy to please!!)

The house was beautiful and had everything needed for a self-catering holiday. Great base for exploring Rye and visiting the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
Perhaps a little more cleaning, there were a fair few cobwebs and dead spiders around the place.

Lovely quirky property, we all enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday so a wonderful family stay. The welcome pack was really nice.
