a truly beautiful villa- clean comfortable and elegant. It has the wow factor as you walk in with a gorgeous sweeping staircase and modern spacious rooms. The pool and outdoor are are equally as lovely with a generous sized and spotlessly clean pool which is illuminated with colour changing lights after dark! The bikes were a bonus and enjoyed by the family.
As mentioned in previous reviews, its a lovely peaceful areabut a bit of a trek into Alvor (took us about 25 minutes), however Uber taxis are plentiful, efficient and cheap, about 4 - 6 euros to the beach or town. The management company were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We would highly recommend this villa and hopefully we will return in the future.

Myself and family of 5, had a fantastic time, nice quiet area but 5 euro in taxi to alvor centre. Only had to wait a few minutes for an uber. Fantastic pool and pool area, worth 5 stars all day long.

Words cannot describe the beautiful, clean villa in Alvor. The pictures do not do the property justice.
Large supermarket within walking distance and gorgeous , quiet neighborhood.
Every amenity you moght need and a 4 euro uber ride to town or to any of the beautiful beaches!!!

Had a great time at Villa 36. Villa in great location and spotlessly clean on arrival. Had great communication between both owner and management company who helped us out with all our queries. Villa had everything we required for our family of 8 holiday. Hopefully we can return in the future.

The Villa was very clean and during our stay we have a very good support from the management team. The villa fulfill our expectations. Although two air conditioners were out of order, the villa always maintains a bearable temperature. Contact with the owner was easy and correct. This is a place were you can enjoy a nice and quiet holidays. Best Algarve beaches near.

Buena experiencia
La villa está fenomenal y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El trato con el dueño y con los profesionales que se encargan de tu estancia fue perfecto , resolviendo inmediatamente cualquier necesidad . Limpieza y mantenimiento periódico . Si te encanta el golf perfecto y sino necesitas el coche para moverte . A la playa puedes ir en bici. Muy buena experiencia

Uma boa escolha
As fotos da casa estão de acordo com a realidade.
A piscina é a parte melhor da casa, sobretudo para as crianças.
Como pontos negativos aponto a limpeza da casa e o facto de ter limite de trafego da internet muito abaixo do que seria adequado.
Apesar disso, considero que foi uma boa escolha e que tivemos umas óptimas férias :)

The villa was lovely with loads of room inside, a large garden and pool and everything in a clean and nice condition. The use of three bikes was brilliant and we all spent lots of time exploring the area and local beaches - which are absolutely out of this world!!
The villa is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the golf course but its only a 10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants and beaches. We had 5 adults and 3 kids in the villa and there always felt like plenty of space.
The owner Antoine and Hostess Bernadette were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel very welcome.including bottles of welcoming wine which was a nice touch and there were plenty of both beach and bath towels for use which was handy as well.
Alvor itself is a really lovely resort which has avoided being too 'touristy' and it has a friendly Portuguese charm to it especially in the evenings where the small town centre is really bustling and has loads of nice places to eat.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa or Alvor.
