location perfect so close to everything in walking distance. train station, bus station, taxi rank.
my only criticism of the property is the door are so noises to close so whatever time do the morning or middle of the night if someone closes the door it will wake you up. guests are really selfish and will talk and walk past your room at any time of the night and early morning, as if only they are staying, but if you can put up with that a great place to stay. staff all friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location, near to the station and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfotable and cleaned every day. I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool.
The pool was in the sun in the afternoon but there was not much shade. Also, people were reserving sun beds at 10 o'clock.

Not enough sunbeds at all because they let people from apartment block use pool. When i complained was told to remove towels from unoccupied beds. Management should deal with this not guests

I love the atmosphere at Las Rampas - the staff are always happy to help with anything. Also liked the upgrades to the bathrooms - going over to showers instead of a bath with shower was a big plus for me also the hairdryers have improved immensely. Was also nice to have a refrigerator in the room
The only problem I had was noise in the early hours- but as this was from outside the hotel they had no control over it

5th visit to this lovely Spanish hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful we always feel welcome here. Lovely breakfast and clean room. Its a perfect location for the centre of Fuengirola. Everything is on the doorstep, Piazza, beach, train and bus station. We will be back next year

An ideal location, very nearby to train line to Malaga and a short walk to beach. Bus station (for day trips) is less than a 5 minute walk away. Shops and good restaurants close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms neat and comfortable.

The reception in second floor.
They do not have the luggage room (even if they announce they do), so we were not able to store our bikes and we did not stay in the hotel. The stuff was not helpful at all. There was more than enough room to keep the bikes there, but they did not let us do that. So we had to find another place to stay. Wery dissapointing. We had to pay for the booking anyway.

Had to pay 80 euros to keep the room till 4pm as we had a late flight I think that is a bit expensive anywhere else is usually around 40 euros was so disappointed as I have stayed here so many times

The rooms were nice and very clean, nice spanish style. Evening meal very repetitive with either chips or jacket potatoes.
i reported my dressing gown had gone missing (probably when the beds were changed it got taken accidentally) The response was couldn't really care less. I went back daily to see if they had had it returned.This morning we left i asked once more no it had not been found and all i got was a shrug of the shoulders. very disappointed .
