Very highly recommend! This place is an unexpected oasis. Beautiful and clean, with delicious food, a quiet rooftop patio, wonderful hammam/spa treatments and excellent staff. It is a hidden gem, and our family of 4 had a very enjoyable visit. Thank you.

The staff was beyond kind. We had help bring our suitcases to the Riad which is a plus. Lovely place with a super nice rooftop terrace. There was always a grey cat walking around which was really cute.

Absolutely not for group We were in a group of eight ( lady no teenager) and they continuously ask to speak loudest during the breakfast at 9am.... I think is quite annoying

Wonderful Riad! The facilities were excellent, the staff and team super professional and friendly. Is well located for everything you’d want to see in the Medina. Breakfasts were delicious, and we eat dinner there on one of our nights which was excellent and resonantly priced. Quiet, relaxing and luxurious - all you need after a busy day in Marrakech.

We really liked how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The owners offered us tea once we arrived and gave us a map as well as practical tips for how to get around Marrakech. The dinner we had at the Riad was fantastic and authentic. We also loved the rooftop which had a cozy vibe to it. Would recommend staying upstairs as it's a bit quieter and more private. Overall a very pleasant stay with Utopia and would definitely recommend staying here!

This stay exceeded all expectations. The staff are exceptional- they were extremely attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. The room was very comfortable and clean; as was the whole Riad. We had a spa treatment each which was just so relaxing. The breakfast was more than we could eat and tasty. We also had an evening meal which was delicious. We cannot recommend this Riad highly enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location. Was a little bit far away from the center center (15-20min) walking. I think by day its ok but by night it could be a little bit scary.

My first time staying at a Riad. Totally exceeded my expectations. The Rias and my room are beautifully decorated in Moroccan styles with all modern amenities. The location is great and very easy to access as it’s close to a parking lot, which is super important in the Medina. Friendly staff and great communication as well! I love the breakfast too!

Very charming and helpful team, the riad is super quiet and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious. Don't hesitate to ask for the berbère ritual to experience a great traditional spa on the rooftop.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was super! It is right in the city centre but within the Riad it is very quite and peaceful, you wouldn't guess that you would be in the middle of the medina! The breakfast is also very good, plenty of food and they vary a bit every day. The rooms are big, have all supplies and are cleaned every day.
