Everything was great during our vacation in Summer house. Nice and kind staff. Seaview was amazing.

Bathroom smells like a sewer.

Everything! From the beginning till the end we felt really welcomed there! You could take coffee, water or even a cookie/croissant for free when you were walking next to the reception. There is a small private beach near the hotel with beds you can use for free. In the apartment was family of 4 grown-ups and we didn't think it is small. They were cleaning our apartment every day which was amazing. Everything was so lovely and colorful. We will be back! :)

The location is slightly far away from the main street where all the restaurants and bars are (10 minutes walking). If you have some walking disability and you want to visit restaurants then choose something else. There were some moments when wi-fi was gone, but generally for the vacation it was pretty good.

Our family-operated hosts ensured that our stay at Summer House was comfortable and memorable. They are very warm and welcoming and made us feel like part of their family. The location was ideally situated 800 meters from a quieter beach, away from the huge flock of tourists. Balcony view of the ocean was spectacular and fresh coffee in the morning was a bonus. Highly recommened

Anything is super here: building is very well mentained, rooms are big enough and beautiful furnished including the open space kitchen that is completely equiped. Services are the best, every day cleaning and towels changing, staff is really nice, hospitable and helpful indeed, accords all the support that you need. The view from balcony is super, you can see a big part of the golf. Parking spots are enough for everybody. Location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a silent area of Nikiti but very close to restaurants, taverns, clubs and market, 2...3 min walking. Thanks to staff for making us an excellent stay in Nikiti ! Highly recommended !

No words to describe feeling we got in this acommodation. Every single detail is wonderful. Hosts, rooms, view from a balcony, nice green backyard. In case that we decide to visit Sithonia again my choice will be Summer House. Greetinges for great hosts from Vladimir and Aleksandar from Serbia!

A very warm welcome by Maria and her sister Virginia. Our studio was very clean, decorated with a personal touch and everything you needed in kitchen and bathroom was there. We enjoyed every minute in and outside our room on the balcony with sea view. Sufficient parking for our rental car. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and bars was good for exercise and burning calories from the tasty Greek food and wine. Nikiti area is lovely and so is the whole island Sithonia.

Faster WiFi would be nice (because of work), but won’t stop us from coming back to this lovely location with her lovely owners. We enjoyed every minute.
