A localização do Hotel para mim foi primordial, pois é próximo ao centro de convenções onde era meu evento. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e quanto ao atendimento deles fazem nos sentirmos em casa..
O chuveiro estava bem entupido, foi bem difícil tomar banho, no último dia da hospedagem comentei com o recepcionista e ele se prontificou a arrumar na mesma hora. A limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar, haja vista que em 3 diárias não houve limpeza nenhum dia, não houve troca de lençóis e nem toalhas.

One of the receptionists was really helpful and friendly, the other one was the opposite - was really rude and did not want to help us
The facilities were not good, the bedroom was dirty and had cockroaches. The location is so far away from town, it was too hot for us to walk anywhere so we had to buy food from the gas station.

we extended 2 more days. it was great.

Always asking to leave a 10 on the platform (multiple mails and whatsapp)
Room and shower are a bit small.

Issues: the room was moldy, the outlets were not working (only one of them), the shower temperature was not adjustable, housekeeping only worked in the morning (never had room service in 5 days), the checkin experience was bad (they made us do it 3x), dismissive staff (the manager was great and helped us move to another room), we were denied an extra hour late checkout for no reason (when we went back to the room an hour later the housekeeping had not been initiated).

Nice location (little walk but very safe). Easy check in and helpful staff. Pretty standard- good value for money. Breakfast was pretty decent.
Rooms were stuffy and pretty small, ac wasnt strong, breakfast room was so hot and served the same breakfast every day. Beds were standard.

The location is great. Silent (out of downtown) and easy for transferring for the tours. Good breakfast. I had to anticipate my return and the hotel committed to reimburse one day.
The facilities need an urgent maintenance. Bathrooms are not working properly. I had to change to another room because the shower was on fire (a lot of smoke). In the new one, the shower worked only in one specific temperature. Paint is dirty, doors are not closing correctly. Old fashion deco. The photos probably are real, but from decades ago.
