Perto da praia, perto de mercados e centro comercial porém em um ambiente sossegado
O apartamento estáva sujo e com cheiro ruim, a água quente do chuveiro acaba muito rápido, sendo que se form duas ou mais pessoas para tomar banho é necessário esperar

The complex is neat and cosy. We had everything we needed. Sa Coma beach is beautiful and it is easy to start a day trip to famous destinations from there.
There is no oven in the kitchen.

Apartament co prawda młodość ma już za sobą, ale został odświeżony. Cicha, spokojna okolica, blisko do morza. Blisko do sklepu oraz barów i restauracji. Apartament z balkonem na ogród i basen. Bardzo dużo miejsc do parkowania w okolicy. Cena zdecydowanie lepsza niż konkurencji.
Zbyt skromne wyposażenie kuchni (nawet jak dla dwóch osób i tylko na śniadania). Płyta grzewcza bardzo wolna. Brak płynu do kąpieli i szamponu, a także płynu do mycia naczyń. Sprzątanie, a co za tym idzie zabieranie śmieci tylko dwa razy w tygodniu. Musieliśmy wynosić śmieci poza ośrodek. Bardzo słaby internet.

El trato de la recepcionista, el exterior y la distribución del espacio
Todo el apartamento olía. Amoho, el remarco del espejo tenía ppuntos de moho, el cuadro tambien.. fue bastante desagradable dormir porque al hacer frío teníamos cerrado y aumentaba el olor a humedad..
No fue saludable la estancia por el exceso de micotoxinas en el ambiente.
Una pena porque por todo lo demás muy bien.
Eso sí el colchón necesita un cambio.. te hundes demasiado..

Location and the staff are very friendly
They are old and poorly cared for. Some of them, as was my case are 3 floors without elevator. The kitchen does not have amenities or soap to wash the dishes, you have to buy it. The beds are not at all comfortable and the overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom mirror was all dripped up, they hadn't even touched it. The pool has loose tiles and is dangerous, my little sister made a small cut on her toe (nothing serious 😔). But, the staff was the best, very friendly and friendly everyone.

Exceptional value for money, clean modern apartment, location was quiet and within short walking distance to the beach and strip
Booking.com profile for the facility stated that there was a 24 hour reception. We indicated that we were arriving at midnight, we then read the reviews which started this was not true, we had to contact the facility ourselves and ask, we were told then that we had to go to another hotel to check in and collect the keys. If we had not read the reviews we would not have known and it would have been an awful experience to arrive to not be able to check-in

Not A lot.
pool was dirty, bottom was covered in pine nettles. And the gardens were dry and dirty. The whole garden area is worst i have seen . A little bit of water would make the place look a bit better. I will not be booking again.

They say on the internet, that on the accommodation is free wi-fi. But its only for 10 minutes though :-/

- we actually haven't had a chance to see the property we booked as it was under reconstruction and we were accommodated in apartment of Hotel Playa Del Mar, owned by the same company
- a large complex packed with mass-touristic majority either 70+, drunk or both; as opposed to what we were looking for - a small quiet place for those interested in the island itself, its culture and traveling around, not just sunburns, all-inclusive drinks, all-you-can-eat meals and pools on premises
- most likely to be terribly overcrowded during peak season
