The cottage was even better than described. It was close to the beach and everything that you might want to do or see. Even though it rained very hard one day, we had the rare opportunity of watching old movies all day and just hanging out. In the evening we sat on the screened in porch which also was a nice place to have breakfast . I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to spend a vacation, and also it has lots of things for kids to do. We plan on returning another time.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, near grocery stores and restaurants and not too far from the Siesta Beach and the Legacy Biking trails. The bedrooms and living room area are very spacious. This is our second time staying at this house, we have noticed that the furniture in the living room was not as clean as it was 3 years ago. It could use a good cleaning. Other than that, the house was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare your meals at home. The owners were very pleasant and promptly responded to our needs. I would stay at this house again.

Loved our 2 weeks at this cottage. Nancy is a wonderful host who thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We loved how close we were to restaurants, stores, attractions and the beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It is well cared for and felt like home during our stay. We would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Great value and location. Very clean house, in good working order. Exceeded our expectations. Quiet residential street yet you can walk to grocery store and restaurants. Laundry room, screened porch with table looking onto well manicured large backyard. Recent upscale appliances in the kitchen. Very accommodating landlord, who has anticipated your needs. Nancy was the best hostess, and the cherry on top was when she found out my 3year-old’s stuffed animal had accidentally been left behind she kindly and generously mailed it to us. Although we were literally only there to sleep at night it was a well kept house that was very close to the key and other fun spots. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice little house very conveniently located so you can walk to many restaurants and shops. It's not far to Siesta Key beach, although you probably would drive there. It includes a good screened porch to enjoy on good days.

We had a wonderful time. All entry information was sent before arrival so we did not need to wait to get in. The owner communication was amazing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The yard was well kept and fully enjoyed as was the screened in area. We also enjoyed the bicycles provided for quick trips to visit family staying in the same neighborhood. Thank you so much for a wonderful house. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect location near the bike trail and Siesta Beach. Beautiful decor, large living room with huge smart TV and beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was a pleasant experience renting via VRBO.

The house was well furnished with everything we needed, also had nice beach chairs to use. There were a couple of beaches near by. Restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping near by also. Really quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Truly enjoyed our stay.
