Nothing , I was scammed. I was told to pay €110 per night and when I got tocthe property they made me pay €190.

Wow factor view. Friendly helpful staff. Parking on site. Wonderful power shower. 5 minutes walk across the bridge to the beach and seafront promenade. Great location to walk into Budva 45mins or 30 mins to Kamenovo beach. Lots of restaurants along the sea front to choose from.
Beds were too hard for us with no support. There are no condiments, so if you are self catering you would need to bring everything. No tea towel or soap in kitchen.

New building, plenty of space even though we stayed for one night.
Air conditioning was a little bit a challenge 😆

Location is good - have to go over a bridge to get to the beach, but it is a comfortable distance. Seaview from the apartment. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast was cold and what was expected. Coffee was too strong to drink and cold.

Only location.
Dirty, ants in apartment, a hotel staff solution was to put salt and vinegar so whole apartment was smelling really bad avoid this hotel at all cost.

The bed was extremely terrible and I barely made a couple hours of sleep, it was too hard and loose, every time you make a move on it, it makes noise. I would really recommand the property to invest more and take care of the beds and mattress.

Only the location and the size of the room was good.
Cleaning was bad. Towels were dirty. We are not satisfied in general.

The beds were really hard, difficult to sleep on but everything was clean and the place was the perfect size! The cleaning lady wasn’t the best unfortunately she forgot to clean our room 3 times.

Great place, very close to wide beach. Each day room was cleaned. Good breakfast in the room.
Check mini bar, as I was asked to pay for drinks which I didn't take.
