l'appartement est très lumineux et calme, récemment rénové. les deux chambres sont spacieuses et équipées d'armoires. chambre avec table en cristal extensible pour 6 personnes et télévision par satellite (pas de télévision à péage). connexion internet (câble ou wi-fi disponible dans toute la maison). la cuisine est équipée d'un lave vaisselle. climatisation présente dans tout l'appartement. salle de bain avec fenêtre avec baignoire et douche. deux balcons (un grand et un petit pour le séchage des vêtements). est situé au deuxième et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d'une petite copropriété composée de six appartements. place de parking disponible sur chemin privé.
pour les mois d'été (1/6 - 31/8), le prix vous offre la possibilité de profiter d'un parasol GRATUIT et de deux transats (4/5 personnes max.) dans un établissement de baignade privé, situé à environ 20 minutes à pied du hébergement.
l'appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel, juste à l'extérieur du centre (accessible à pied en 15 minutes). il se trouve près de la mer, accessible en 20 minutes à pied environ en traversant une magnifique pinède (idéal pour les pique-niques, les promenades, le jogging et les soirées dans des clubs où l’on peut écouter de la musique et prendre un verre). À distance de marche, vous trouverez également un arrêt de bus vous conduisant directement à la mythique "promenade". À proximité (à moins de 500 mètres), vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pendant votre séjour: nourriture, bar, glacier, pizzerias, supermarché, poste, banque. , boucher, tabac, boulangerie, pharmacie, blanchisserie.

Bright, clean, spacious apartment with a personal touch (Simone and his wife decorated the kitchen wall with colorful handprints of themselves) in a quiet area with helpful neighbors and within walking distance of a beautiful beach.

Great apartment in a good location with an amazing landlord who is always available via messenger. The included features like dishwasher, washing machine and the beach equipment is fantastic.
Only parking can be proving challenging.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und eignet sich wegen der zwei separaten Schlafzimmer bestens für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Alle nötigen Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt auch zwei Gelaterien und mehrere Pizzerien in der nächsten Umgebung. Besonders toll war, dass in den Sommermonaten im Mietpreis 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm in einem sehr schönen Beachclub inbegriffen sind. Der Vermieter stellt sogar Handtücher zur Verfügung, die man an den Strand mitnehmen kann. Der Beachclub ist in in ca. 30 min zu Fuß erreichbar, es gibt aber auch an einem Campingplatz kostenlose Parkplätze, sodass man den Fußweg abkürzen kann. Viareggio ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um Pisa oder Lucca mit dem Zug zu besuchen. Wir haben aber auch eine wunderschöne Wanderung in den apuanischen Alpen unternommen, deren Kulisse man vom Strand aus bewundern kann. Der Vermieter Simone ist sehr freundlich und stand oft mit uns in Kontakt, um uns gute Tipps zu geben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

situata in un quartiere a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare, dove si trova tutto (panettiere, supermercato, farmacia, banca ecc).

Sehr schönes Appartment...
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Viareggio verbracht. Das Appartment ist mit allem was man so zum Leben brauch ausgestattet und es war sehr sauber! Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Simone ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Auf Anfragen vor der Anreise aber auch auf Anfragen während des Aufenthalts reagiert er sehr schnell und man bekommt prompt eine Antwort! Wenn wir wieder einmal in diese Gegend reisen, würden wir uns freuen wieder bei Simone unterzukommen!

Appartamento assolutamente perfetto!! Bellissimo, nuovo, completo di tutto.. Sembrava di essere a casa! Anche se leggermente distante da spiaggia e centro, in 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungevano entrambi, e li vicino c'era tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno.
Vacanza bellissima in assoluto relax, ed il proprietario é gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta dei clienti. Ci tornerò assolutamente!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit äußerst netten und hilfreichem Kontakt!
Wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht!! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, entsprach genau den Bildern und war vollständig ausgestattet (auch Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist absolut problemlos und vorbildlich. Wirklich äußerst sympathisch und ich würde die Wohnung ohne zu zögern nochmals mieten!!

The apartment is located in a house of five apartments on the second floor in a private street where it is possible to park the car. However, there is no lift available which makes it a bit difficult with a baby stroller as the staircase is a bit small.
We received a very warm welcome from Simone (lessor) who lived in his apartment many years. He showed us around, explained everything and responded prompt upon questions per mail, SMS or phone - PERFECT! When we left, Simone even had some Italian dolce (pastry) for our journey- many thanks Simone, really kind!
We can definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again.

We had a great time in Viareggio and Tuscany during our 11 days of vacation in April 2016. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment - description and pictures show actually how nice it is designed and furnished. It provides a comfortable stay for 4 guest in two bedrooms and is equipped with everything you need - and very important: it was really clean.
The apartment is located in a house of five apartments on the second floor in a private street where it is possible to park the car. However, there is no lift available which makes it a bit difficult with a baby stroller as the staircase is a bit small.
We received a very warm welcome from Simone (lessor) who lived in his apartment many years.
