The apartment is very comfortable and the location is the best to visit the city and 1 min walking from the boats for excursions at Marina Corta.
Check out time is a bit early (10am) but apart from that everything was absolutely perfect.

Very nice location, authentic aeolian style, fully immersed in the city center. Perfect if you want to live like a local.
The manager was very welcoming and helpful, we were given a link to a map of the island with all the top destinations, not just the ones for tourists.
When we left, we were allowed to leave our suitcases and keep visiting the island one last time while we waited for the afternoon ferry-boat.

The location of the property is fantastic. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the Marina.
I think the photos are deceptive as you don't know which property you are booking. The one we were in had no outdoor space apart from a tiny, dark courtyard with other properties windows. Inside there was no or minimal natural light. As you are surrounded by other properties it is extremely noisy.

The shower was poor and the kitchen facilities were minimal.
