Perfect location to downtown. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The room was plent big with a fridge and microwave and 2 queen beds. We did have a little noise problem the first night with the room next to us but the office was quick to jump into looking into it. Lucky for us the people left that morning. The pool was awesome after a day of walking around at the track all day.

Adjoining room had "some" noise. all depends on how respectable the neighbors really are.

Clean,close proximity to the lake. Friendly staff. The other guests were friendly. Nice pool. Free coffee.

At one point we asked someone to unclog our sink drain, it was draining very slowly. No one ever came. It would be nice to have some doughnuts or other food out with the coffee in the a.m.

3 rd time staying here. Great place for a quick getaway or vacation!!! Owners and staff are the best!! Very accommodating and care about any needs you may have. Recreation area outside is very nice and fire pit is lit as soon as the sun goes down.

The fact that we were taken to a room on the second with a king size bed and much more space. I explained that I had called the hotel to confirm that we had a first floor room. when they took us to the first floor room we did have a king size bed but much smaller room and we were paying the same price as the bigger room.

We like the grounds pool, service was good location was good.
