Very comfortable, good sized room, good location.

It took a little while to get hot water but otherwise everything was good.

The location is excellent and facilities are well appointed. Perfect staging point for catching the ferry to Jeju.

Beds are very comfy. Place is clean. Location is excellent. Very close to restaurants and room had a nice view of the nightly fountain show.

The room was very warm. There's a thermostat but it was useless as the room temp seems to be controlled by the hotel. We had to open the window and the air that weekend was really bad.

The location is near the water and in an area which has many good restaurants, shops and other other facilities.The room was quite roomy and it had two large beds.

The WiFi in our room was not working. The staff came up right away and we appreciated it that they tried to fix it but it was not possible on that evening. So we had to try to use the WiFi of other rooms which was slow, unstable and sometimes not working at all. We also asked for the air on and the ventilation to be switched on because the room was stuffy and hot. They wanted to switch it on but it never worked.

The location is superb for our reason staying in Mokpo. The American bfst was a tad bit pricey but the choices were ok.

Our family has two separate rooms and both rooms had STRONG cigarette odor. We had to sleep with our face masks. The staff that checked me in didnt speak much English. He just handed me my room key and thats all. No basic welcome nor courtesy info where my rooms would be (not that the rooms were difficult to find), wifi access info, etc.

4th floor sea view can hear karaoke across the street...the USB ports to recharge phone did not work..disappointing.

No a/c...apparently isn't turned on year round, had to use fan to stay cool.
