Building is under construction, see pics. Was not TOLD that the Building was under construction! Builders outside bedroom and living room windows, no privacy, noisy in the morning. Guy will send you a text msg requesting you to make payment via SumUp.. don't! That will invalidate your section 75 claim. Luckily I was refunded by Amex. AVOID at all cost.

Beautiful apartment . Excellent location especially for families . 5 minute walk to the beach and boscome pier. Excellent communication with Guy . Would reccomended and rent again.

A clean apartment, with comfy beds, and all the facilities that you want. Location not too bad, a 5 minute walk to the beach in one direction and the town centre in the other direction. The owner kindly changed my check out time, which was kind of him; I did find that he would put himself out, so thank you Guy.

Traffic noise outside which went on into after midnight as well as a neighbour above deciding to have a party at 7.50am on Sunday morning. Double glazing would have been a benefit for the traffic noise Also the block was having maintenance and there was a lot of scaffolding on the block. I think that I should have been told this before going, but this shouldn't affect any of you deciding to go, as this is only temporary, and maintenance does have to be done. As I say the owner was very accommodating via e mails, but a personal phone call would have been nice. Also a bottle of milk on arrival is always a nice gesture.

Unfortunately during our stay there was building work going on, we spent every day out and about, so it didn't inpact us to much. Nothing you can do about building work, maintenance has to be done. This should not put you off staying here

Close to Beach and other amenities

Great communication with host, lovely apartment and beautifully clean. Brilliant location, facilities and extremely comfortable stay.

A few more glasses, plates and crockery would be good, but we had enough to get by and could hand wash some bits when needed. Not a negative, but a helpful comment hopefully.

To find any fault would be nit picking....Its a beautiful victorian appartment building steeped in history, 2 minutes walk from the beach and Boscombe pier. With a parking space. You can walk to a bus stop and get on a bus to Bournemouth in minutes, Boscombe town centre in minutes or a choice of many parks and beautiful gardens....No, nothing to moan about at all

Fabulous apartment and wish we could have stay longer

Large 2-bed, 2-bath flat with dedicated parking space in a lovely old building, a short walk to Boscombe beach or high street. Stayed with our teenager, who had a room & en-suite bathroom to herself. Kitchen fully equipped. Outside there is a shared terrace, which we used one evening to watch the airshow. We were here during the Bournemouth Airshow, which meant the cost for 3-nights was elevated, along with all other local accommodation for that weekend.

The front door is not self locking, so have mentioned to host that an extra key would be good (as we either had to lock in the teen, or she locked us out!). Apart from that suggestion, cannot fault this apartment at all, we all had a fantastic stay.

The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. The flat itself was clean and very comfortable. We had a great time. Diolch!

We needed an extra car parking space but found one quite easily nearby. It was quite expensive and cleaning was extra but otherwise, fab. (I had left booking quite late and I know demand is high)
